What is an escape room?

An escape room is an interactive adventure game where your team works together to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and complete a mission before time runs out.

At Escape Westgate, each experience is fully immersive with detailed environments, special effects, and story-driven challenges. Your team will have 60 minutes to complete the mission and escape.

Are the escape rooms actually locked?

No. For safety reasons, the doors are never physically locked. Players may leave the room at any time during the game if needed.

Are your escape rooms private?

Yes. All games at Escape Westgate are 100% private, meaning your group will never be paired with strangers.

How many players can participate?

Our escape rooms are designed for small groups:

Up to 8 players: Shipwreck Lagoon and Mystery Mansion

Up to 10 players: Lost Tomb and Candy Factory Challenge

Online bookings require a 4-player minimum, but smaller groups are welcome to walk in depending on availability.

What ages can play?

Our games are designed for players ages 10 and up, but younger players can still enjoy the experience with adult supervision.

Players 18 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $32.99 per player plus tax. Each booking includes a full 60-minute escape room experience.

Do you offer corporate team building?

Yes! Escape Westgate is a popular destination for corporate team-building events. Our games challenge teams to communicate, solve problems, and work together under pressure.

We can accommodate groups of up to 36 players with flexible event packages.

Can we celebrate birthdays or special events?

Absolutely. Escape rooms are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, and group outings.

Our location inside the Westgate Entertainment District makes it easy to combine your escape room adventure with dinner, drinks, and entertainment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. Walk-in guests are always welcome if a room is available. However, reservations are recommended to guarantee your preferred time.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled game time. Games start promptly, and late arrivals may miss part of the experience.

What is your refund policy?

Because escape rooms are live events, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least one week in advance, we can help reschedule your booking or issue a credit for a future game.
