COVID 19 Safety Update

We are still rocking and rolling here!

As our world continues in this strange, unexpected and difficult season, we are open but with some
changes to our operating procedures to ensure that the two most important people at Escape Westgate - our team members and our guests are as safe as possible.

While there are still a lot of unknowns and circumstances remain difficult, Escape Westgate has become "better quality stuff", more than it has ever been.

It is cleaner, more personalized, more streamlined and we are more excited to give our guests a fun and safe experience than ever before.  Here is a
glimpse of ways we have modified our procedure and guest experience to make it safer for both team members and guests.

Exclusively Private Experiences

When you book an escape room at Escape Westgate, all of our rooms are now completely private
experiences, at no extra charge. Do not worry about playing with strangers, it is just you and your team,
up to 10 players. Every game. Every time. We have staggered our game start times so you will not
interact directly with other guests during your experience at Escape Westgate— neither in our lobby or
common areas. If you arrive early and there are still guests in the lobby from another game, you will be
asked to remain outside and we will come and get you after the other team has exited. We do request
that until the face covering mandate is lifted, that you wear your mask when in these common areas.
Feel free to remove your mask, if you so choose, after you are in your private room and our team
member has closed the door.

Employee Health

Our first priority and focus is health of our team members. We are family and if we are not healthy, we
cannot serve our guests. Our team members are required to wear a mask when in contact with guests.
And team members are required to stay at home if any symptoms are shown or if there is any risk

Guest Health

If anyone in your group is feeling unwell, has been in contact with a person who has tested positive for
COVID-19 or is displaying symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath, please contact us to
reschedule your game, free of charge.


Our team routinely cleans and disinfects all areas of including gamemaster rooms, common areas and
shared electronic equipment. Hand sanitizer will be readily available for both team members and guests.
We also disinfect game rooms thoroughly between each and every game using a cleaner that is on the
EPA’s list of Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. If you would like more
