3. Bookings and Reservations

All escape room experiences must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.

By completing a booking, you agree that:

  • All reservation details provided are accurate

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

  • Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice

Escape Westgate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to technical issues, safety concerns, or operational needs.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled game time.

If cancellation is made within the required notice period, guests may receive either:

  • a rescheduled booking, or

  • a credit toward a future experience.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

  • late arrivals

  • no-shows

  • cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time.

5. Participation Requirements

Participation in an escape room experience requires cooperation with staff instructions and safety guidelines.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Follow all rules and instructions provided by Escape Westgate staff

  • treat employees and property respectfully

  • avoid damaging equipment or props.

Escape Westgate reserves the right to terminate a game without refund if participants behave in a dangerous, abusive, or destructive manner.

6. Assumption of Risk

Escape room experiences involve physical movement, problem-solving activities, and interaction with props and environments.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You assume all risks associated with the activity,

  • You are physically and mentally able to participate safely.

If you experience discomfort, illness, or feel unsafe during the game, you must notify staff immediately.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escape Westgate and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur while participating in escape room activities or while visiting our premises.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Escape Westgate from claims arising from participation in the experience, except where prohibited by law.

8. Damage to Property

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to Escape Westgate property due to intentional misuse, vandalism, or failure to follow staff instructions.

Escape Westgate reserves the right to charge participants for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by guests.

9. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver prior to participating.

Certain rooms may have minimum age recommendations for safety or gameplay reasons.

10. Photography and Media

Escape Westgate may take photos or videos of participants during or after experiences for promotional or marketing purposes.

By participating, you consent to the use of such media on Escape Westgate’s website, social media, or marketing materials unless you notify staff in advance that you do not wish to appear in photos.

Our website and booking system may utilize third-party services such as booking platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools.

Escape Westgate is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third-party services.
